CHIEF Buildings’ goal is to provide its Builders with the highest quality products available in the

Industry. All building components manufactured by CHIEF Buildings are guaranteed to be free from

defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of shipment, providing these

components and accessories are prepared and erected in accordance with CHIEF specifications and

instructions. CHIEF also warrants all other building components and/or accessories which are sold or

delivered (not manufactured) by CHIEF Buildings to the extent of the warranty as given to CHIEF by

the manufacturer of each specific product. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, CHIEF INDUSTRIES

EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR IMPLIED FITNESS.

This Manual is intended to provide CHIEF Builders with some guidelines for the purpose of

familiarizing him with standard conditions. However, due to the versatility and complexity of CHIEF

building designs, individual situations may vary. Please refer to the erection drawings, installation

instructions, erection manuals and installation manuals sent with your project. The erection drawings

that are sent for your individual building project shall take precedence over any materials included in

this manual.

CHIEF Industries does not guarantee nor shall we be held liable for the quality of erection, nor

assume the responsibility for building defects that may be attributed to improper erection techniques or

the negligence of other parties. Due to continuing research and product development, CHIEF Buildings

reserves the right to at any time change the products and/or procedures as described in this manual.

CHIEF Building Systems are designed for versatility and quality, when erected in accordance

with plans and instructions they are superior in performance and value to any other system available
