CS Panel- Metal Building Walkdoor - Pre-Assembled (by Chief) or Self-Framing Not by Chief Refer to Order Documents for Doors Supplied by Chief

Installation Steps: 1. Install Wrap Plate. 2. Door. 3. Jamb Trim (JT) with notch at header. 4. Header Trim (HTT). 5. Notch and slit wall panel. 6. Place wall panel over trims with foam inside closure. 7. Cover Trim (COT). 8. Liner Cover Trim(LCT), if applicable. Use with Liner/Backer. Refer to Liner or Partition Panel Drawings. Notes: · Drill Ø1/8" holes for Blind Rivets. · Rivets spaced at 7'-0" C.C. are temporary fasteners. · ** #12-14 X 1-1/4", Blanket Insulation <=4" thickness. · ** #12-14 X 2", Blanket Insulation >4" thickness.

Head Trim (HTT) lapped 3" min. past flat of Jamb Trim (JT). Flush with Cover Trim (COT).

INSIDE CLOSURE

For best weathertightness performance, JT/COT and Head Trim assembly should land in flat of panel. Layout, verify, and consider field locating framed opening as necessary. If this condition cannot be achieved, special field trim modifications, omitting COT trim, and/or additional urethane caulking Not By Chief may be required.
