Installation Steps: 1. Door Trim (DT), if applicable. 2. Jamb Trim (JT) with notch at header. 3. Header Trim (HTT). 4. Notch and slit wall panel. 7. Place wall panel over trims with foam inside closure. 8. Cover Trim (COT). Notes: · Drill Ø1/8" holes for Blind Rivets. · Rivets spaced at 7'-0" C.C. are temporary fasteners. · ** #12-14 X 1-1/4", Blanket Insulation <=4" thickness. · ** #12-14 X 2", Blanket Insulation >4" thickness.

Head Trim (HTT) lapped 3" min. past flat of Jamb Trim (JT). Flush with Cover Trim (COT).

Optional Urethane caulk around 1" panel slit and under COT (NOT BY CHIEF) (TYP.)

INSIDE CLOSURE

For best weathertightness performance, JT/COT and Head Trim assembly should land in flat of panel. Layout, verify, and consider field locating framed opening as necessary. If this condition cannot be achieved, special field trim modifications, omitting COT trim, and/or additional urethane caulking Not By Chief may be required.

For Walkdoors to avoidinterference with latch, door, or hinges, hold JT/COT/HTT trim assembly back from jamb max 3/4", as necessary

* Provide air gap of 1/4" min. at bottom of panel to avoid corrosion.
