OUTSIDE-RIDGE CLOSURE

After the Double Bead Tape Mastic is installed, install the outside/ridge closure up against the notch as shown.

OUTSIDE/RIDGE CLOSURE

1/4"-14 X 7/8" WT

DOUBLE BEAD TAPE MASTIC

Use 1/4”-14 x 7/8” WT fasteners installed in the sequence shown. Seven fasteners are required at this location, six in the flat and one through the vertical leg.
