AP Panel- Metal Building Walkdoor - Pre-Assembled (by Chief) or Self-Framing Not by Chief Refer to Order Documents for Doors Supplied by Chief

Installation Steps: 1. Install Wrap Plate. 2. Door. 3. Liner Cover Trim(LCT), if applicable. Use with Liner/Backer. Refer to Liner or Partition Panel Drawings. 4. Sheeting Support (SSP) 5. Header Trim (HTT). 6. Notch and slit wall panel. 7. Place wall panel over trims with foam inside closure full width of header. 8. Jamb Trim (JTA). Notes: · Drill Ø1/8" holes for Blind Rivets.

Head Trim (HTT) lapped 4 1/4" min. past edge of door frame. Flush with end of Jamb Trim (JTA).

INSIDE CLOSURE Optional urethane caulk at HTT end. (NOT BY CHIEF)

Optional urethane caulk at panel slit and notch. Caulk under JTA. (NOT BY CHIEF)

For best weathertightness performance, JTA/SSP and Head Trim assembly should land in flat of panel. Layout, verify, and consider field locating framed opening as necessary. If this condition cannot be achieved, special field trim modifications, and/or additional urethane caulking Not By Chief may be required.
