Installation Steps: 1. Door Trim (DT), if applicable. 2. Sheeting Support (SSP) 3. Header Trim (HTT). 4. Notch and slit wall panel. 6. Place wall panel over trims with foam inside closure full width of header. 7. Jamb Trim (JTA). Notes: · Drill Ø1/8" holes for Blind Rivets.

INSIDE CLOSURE

Head Trim (HTT) lapped 4 1/4" min. past edge of door jamb. Flush with end of Jamb Trim (JTA).

Optional urethane caulk at HTT end. (NOT BY CHIEF)

SHEETING SUPPORT (SSP)

· Rivets spaced at 7'-0" C.C. are temporary fasteners. · ** #12-14 X 1-1/4", Blanket Insulation <=4" thickness. · ** #12-14 X 2", Blanket Insulation >4" thickness.

Optional urethane caulk at panel slit and notch. Caulk under JTA. (NOT BY CHIEF)

For best weathertightness performance, JTA/SSP and Head Trim assembly should land in flat of panel. Layout, verify, and consider field locating framed opening as necessary. If this condition cannot be achieved, special field trim modifications, and/or additional urethane caulking Not By Chief may be required.
